(Dilí, 19/02/2025) Balide- The problem of hair loss that for three years (3) brought concern to Elisabet Soares, finally became the starting point for her to create a small business called Rosse Merry Oil. From her own experience and research on the internet, she decided to produce natural hair oil to help others who face similar problems.
In the interview Elisabet said this motivation comes from herself, because for a long time she herself faced this problem such as hair loss fall, dandruff, dry hair and torture. He said after searching for information through the internet his research about plants and herbal / natural products that can resolve hair, he found a reference to rosse merry which is considered to help improve hair.
Elisabet explained that before selling she tested and used the results that she transformed into a business until today, after she gained the confidence to start selling the product and promote it through social media tik-tok.
“I used to be afraid to post on TikTok, afraid people do not like or do not buy. But after I tried to post, people started ordering, from which I continue until now, and many people buy my products rosmerry oil” he said in studio Media Mudansa (MD) Balide, Díli recently
He explained that the product does not use only rosse merry, but a mixture of other ingredients such as virgin coconut oil, candlenut oil, chenke tree, garlic, hibiscus, ginseng and marungi. The production process is not done through direct heating, but through a long-term infusion method between two weeks to one month, so that the ingredients are well absorbed in the oil.
Elisabet promotes the product through social media such as TikTok, WhatsApp and Facebook. From this business, he can earn a daily income of between fifty US dollars $50 to eighty US dollars $80, and at times can reach one hundred and twenty $120 US dollars. After the money he received was not used to do anything else, but he tried to buy machinery to increase production.
However, Elisabet said that the biggest challenge is the limitation of production, because some of the ingredients are produced manually, especially coconut oil and candlenut oil made in the Viqueque municipality area.
She gave the message that women do not just need to stay at home, but have the capacity to contribute to the family and national economy through small businesses.
” important thing is not to be afraid to start. Now social media can be a good way to promote products and find a better life,” he concluded.
